Brkft: Peanut Butter on diet round, coffee, vitamins
Lunch: Greek salad at restaurant, water, no vitamins
Unauthorized snack: chips with cheese melted at 5 pm
Dinner: (late at 10 pm - went out shopping at 5:30 pm) Scrambeled eggs with cheese, 3 slices of bacon, hot tea, diet rounds with butter and slice of bacon, green tea, vitamins
Exercised - workout video
Quiet time - partial

Rock Chef - Thanks - my son-in-law showed me how I could order a new one on E Bay for $76 and he thinks he can install it - I'm going to check the Geek Squad here and see how much they will charge before we move forward with the first idea.
