A River Runs Through It

First time posting photos and Heather and I are having problems - but forging ahead anyway - this is the river that is one block from her home - the Delaware. We are having beautiful fall weather!

This is a building in the National Park near their home - rest rooms - the stone work was great.

I loved the light in this photo - Heather took the top one and I took these two - I hope to post more tomorrow!

Forgot the covered bridge was there - Heather took this one of the bridge that we just happened on while exploring!

Fabulous photos!

I love those covered bridges - why are they built like that? I never saw the point to be honest! But they look great.

Looking forward to more pics.

Fantastic photos! So glad you are having some time with your girls:)

What books did you bring to read to O and C?

CRC - Good question abt the covered bridges - couldn't have been a mkt tool back then! There were other people there taking photos along with us.

K - Because I'm flying back I had to pack light so I brought The Jane Austen Book Club w/me - my girlfriend Lory and I loved the movie and it is a skinny book - but so far we have just been talking, watching Kimora Lee, Clean House, Tori and Dean and I had to watch The Biggest Loser last night - the scenery here is so perfectly "fall" I almost feel as though I am on a movie set!
