Day 3 Contd.

Exercise - check

Vitamins - only once

Food - 5 crackers & cheddar cheese - diet green tea
2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon, one cup of tea.

11:35 pm - going to bed

The exercise was a killer but I did it.

Only 2 bottles of water today but 3 diet green tea.

New day tomorrow.

Hi! So glad you stopped by! I have been reading down through your exercise program and diet. I have been on Weight Watchers for about eight weeks now and have lost about 15 pounds. I try to exercise every day by walking a couple of miles, once in the morning and once after dinner with my Dad. Love the verse you put in one of your posts Heb. 12:11, I am going to print that off and put it where I can see it every time I go into the kitchen! I agree with you that it is also a spiritual issue. Satan would like nothing better then to have us fat, unhealthy and unfit. I haven't written about it yet in my blog as I have been so afraid of failing AGAIN with this weight issue, just call me Mrs. Yoyo! ha! I will be praying for you and ask that you pray for me as we go down this road!!

Would love to be right on the beach right now, I was drooling over it as I read your post! ha!
